Most of the orders will be dispatched from our warehouse in California, USA within 24 - 48 hours once the order payment is received. The tracking number will be provided to you by the email within 24 - 48 hours after the order is placed. Check your Spam/Junk folder if you do not receive the tracking confirmation email. If you are unable to locate the email, please contact us via our contact form.
Please check to make sure the shipping address is correct and complete. Any additional delivery/return fees due to incomplete address or non-response from the customer will be charged to the customer.
We will not be held responsible for any lost or stolen goods if the tracking numbers/delivery confirmation number shows that the goods have been delivered to the shipping address which are listed in the payments.

U.S. Domastic Shipping
USA customers will receive the order within approximately 1 - 9 business days depending on your location and the shipping method you choose.
We ship to Hawaii, Alaska, P.O. Box, Guam, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Island and APO/FPO addresses via USPS only.
Signature upon delivery will be required on orders over $250.
International Shipping

International shipments require customs paperwork and will take approximately 5-18 business days to be delivered depending on your country and the shipping method which you choose.
Customers are at their own risk if the items are hold or confiscated by the customs so please check with your local customs regulations to be aware of the laws within your country.
