You must contact our customer service within 48 hours when you have received the order and are requesting either a refund or replacement. Our returns department will handle your return smoothly.
All items must be returned within 10 days from the date of receipt for product refund or exchange.
Products with minor wrinkle or external blemish will not affect the function of the toy thus cannot be deemed as defective for a replacement.
Due to the nature of the products we cannot accept dissatisfaction returns.
Due to the intimate nature of the products we sell, items returned without original packaging or have been used will NOT be accepted.
If you change your mind and don't want the item, do not open it. We will only accept unused and undamaged packages that are still in their original packaging for return. We will issue you a refund less the shipping fee.
If we suspect that the items have been used or without its original packaging then we reserve the right to dispose or return the Items to you at your expense.
You must provide us with a valid tracking number to validate your return. Without the valid tracking number, your return will not be processed
The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
If your order is returned to us due to undeliverable address or non-response, we can issue you a full refund less the shipping fee or reship the package at your expense.
In your return package, please include:
* A note telling us what the problem was
* A note stating whether you would like a refund or a replacement of the defective item.
* Packages must be returned prepaid; we cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
