How do I join the CoolMST Reward Program?

How do I earn points?

You earn 3 points for each $1 spent. For example, a $100 item will get you 300 points (1pt =$0.01), which is redeemable for $3 for your next purchase.
Why I don’t not see my rewards?
1. Make sure that you're logged in before You want to view your points or make a purchase.
2. Reward points will only be added to your account once the order is complete. By complete, it means that the order has been completed/shipped out.
3. If your orders have been cancelled, voided, or refunded, the rewards points will be subtracted to your account automatically.
How do I use my store credit?
Your avaliable store credits can be applied to the payment page during your next purchase.
How do I view my reward points and redeems?
After you login to your account, Your reward pionts can be viewed at Reward Widget which is located at bottom right of the site.
How do I redeem reward points to store credit?
You can redeem reward points by click "redeem reward" on the Reward Widget.
Term of use
Reward points cannot be traded amongst each other and cannot be redeemed for cash. All reward points can only be used on CoolMaleSexToy.com and has no actual cash value. Should you decide to delete your account, all the reward points and store credits will also be deleted and cannot be recovered. CoolMaleSexToy reserves the right to take away reward points if we suspect any illegal/fraudulent activity.
CoolMST reserves the right at CoolMaleSexToy.com's sole discretion to deny, change, modify, update, add, or remove portions of the Reward Points at any time without notice to you. Your continued use of this web site following the posting of changes to the Reward points will mean you accept those changes. Bonus points can not be retroactively added from previous orders.
