All products will be shipped to the customer in the most discreet manner possible. Our packaging in no way reveals the nature of its contents. All orders are packaged in unmarked boxes or standard issue boxes from the carriers like USPS or UPS with Service as sender's name and our P.O. Box address on the mailing label.

Why my order status shows “Awaiting Payment",“Awaiting Shipment” and “Awaiting Fulfillment”?
Your credit card will be charged when your order ships. If your order status shows “Awaiting Payment”, it means we have not charged your card and it is pending to capture the fund. If your order status shows “Awaiting Shipment” and “Awaiting Fulfillment”, it means your fund has been charged and we will ship the order out soon.
Can I cancel my order?
Due to the large quantity of packages our warehouse process. Orders cannot be canceled once the packaging is processed and cancelation is not gauranteed.
I placed an order online but did not receive an order confirmation. Did my order go through?
All confirmed orders are sent an email to the email address associated to your account to verify that the order was placed. Check your Spam/Junk folder first to see if the confirmation email is there. Please contact us via our contact form to check to see if your order was received if you are unable to locate the confirmation email or order.

We ship to Hawaii, Alaska, P.O. Box, Guam, Puerto Rico and APO/FPO addresses by USPS ONLY.
Where do these products come from?
We try to provide some of the best male products available from around the world. Many of these items are well known internationally but may not be known here in America or your country.
Why did my package not arrive when it was supposed to?
All orders will be processed and shipped out within 1-2 business day. Saturday, Sunday, and holidays are not considered business days. Sometimes a package cannot be delivered on time due to weather delays or acts of nature. All international orders are subject to customs clearance which may sometimes cause delay. CoolMaleSexToy cannot refund shipping charges for these reasons.
How come the carrier was unable to deliver my order?
Undeliverable orders are mostly due to incorrect address information. Should your order be returned to CoolMaleSexToy undelivered, unclaimed or refused without prior approval you have two options:
1. We can re-ship the order to you. (Additional return shipping cost from the carrier and re-ship cost will be charged.)
2. You can cancel your order and we will refund your credit card minus the return shipping cost, the original shipping cost, and a 15% re-stocking fee. Orders with free shipping will be calculated of its shipping cost and deducted from the refund.
